Symptom
PTV Visum/PTV Vissim/PTV Vistro reproducibly crashes, maybe without a clear error message.
What to do
Install the current Service pack first:

The issue still occurs?
Please provide us with:
a) a screenshot of the complete program window including the error message.
b) a crash dump.
To create a crash dump:
1) Open the Task Manager.
2) Reproduce the crash.
3) Leave all dialogs open.
4) In the Task Manager, select the process (tab "Details" or "Processes"), open the context menu and choose "Create dump file".
After a while a dialog is shown holding the path to the DMP file:
5) Pack the crash dump file into a zip archive. Please name the zip file following the used release and Service pack to enable us the analysis, e.g. 24.01-11.
6) Upload the zip archive to a FTP/cloud space (request one in your support request if needed).
Note: If the process leaves the RAM immediately - and thus cannot be chosen in the Task manager to create a Crash dump - add this Registry entry (as Administrator):
