This how-to will explain how to store or update a payment method for your PTV Map&Guide internet subscription.
- Please log in to the administration tool for this purpose: https://mginter.mapandguide.com/
- Select the PTV Map&Guide internet Shop in the upper right corner.
- You will then receive an overview of your subscription.
- Click on Payment method and then click on add or change payment methode
- Choose your payment method.
- Fill in your details.
When you choose credit card as payment method, you have to click on Submit, after you filled in your creditcard details. You will be forwarded to your credit card verification website of your credit card provider. Please confirm all steps.
In your browser the forwarding to your credit card issuer must be allowed. This completes the 3D-Secure security procedure.
If you receive an error message when clicking Submit, please contact your card's credit card issuer to verify that the card has been enabled for online payment.

Do not forget to click Save to finish
In some countries, payment with SEPA is not available for the PTV Map&Guide internet subscription.
