Why is no groupage order created, although a common opening hours time interval of all partial order exist?

Answer

Perhaps the common time interval is too small.

You can set in the global Options => Preplanning => tab Groupage order formation the “Minimum opening period for a resulting opening hours interval in minutes”.

Normally this value is set to 15 minutes. When the calculated interval less than 15 minutes no groupage order is created.
