This How-To will explain how to change the number of licenses in the subscription of PTV Map&Guide internet.
The agreed conditions apply to the term of the licenses.
Please log in to the administration tool for this purpose.
Select the PTV Map&Guide internet Shop in the upper right corner.
You will then receive an overview of your subscription.
Click on the menu (3 dots on the top right).
Select Change quantity
Select the desired new number of licenses and confirm the order.
After successful confirmation log back into the administration tool and create another active user.
If the number of licenses was reduced, the licenses can be used until the expiration date. On the expiration date, please check in the administration tool that the licenses are still assigned to the desired users and adjust the status of the users if necessary.
