When trying to export data from PTV Visum to PTV Visum Publisher (File > Export > PTV Visum Publisher), selecting data, selecting target scenario, and clicking export an error appears.
One of these error messages is displayed: "Maximal number of licenses reached" - "Maximale Anzahl an Lizenzen erreicht."
This error is preventing the export and upload to PTV Visum Publisher.
The user is not allowed to upload data to any of the Visum Publisher subscriptions they have access to since the account has only role Admin and/or Viewer. The upload right is only granted accounts with role Editor in a subscription.
To fix the problem, a user with the role Admin in the desired subscription needs to open PTV Visum Publisher (myptv.com/visum-publisher) and open the user management. Here it is possible to assign the role Editor to the respective account who should upload data from PTV Visum.
