Why is the Background map "OpenStreetMap" not available anymore and how can I add a background map from OpenStreetMap?

Street and background data taken from "OpenStreetMap" are subjected to license terms: https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright/en
The use of Tile servers is additionally ruled by:
https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/tiles/
As their use within PTV products lacks any contractual basis the mapservice “OpenStreetMap” had been removed with Visum 2021.

Resolution
Instead, since PTV Visum 21 map services rendered by HERE and partly based upon OpenStreetMap data are offered.
These are available in
Graphics -> Edit graphic parameters -> Background map -> Map service
as the map services "PTV ..."
