I want to ensure that the driver speaks the same language as the clients he goes to. How do I do this in OptiFlow?

The planner can add one or more tag(s) to each order representing the language(s) the client speak(s). For each vehicle you need to do the same: add a tag based on the driver assigned to the vehicle. This way orders with a FRENCH tag will only be executed by a vehicle with a FRENCH tag.
