I have electric vehicle that can only drive a short distance and then need to go back to a reloading point. Can I simulate this in OptiFlow?

Yes, in the vehicle settings you can limit the distance a vehicle can do in 1 subtour. By setting the max subtour distance to for example 200 the vehicle will only be able to drive 200 km and then need to be at the depot again.
