Why is my order not visible in route planning?

 

Answer

 

Possible causes are:

  1. The order is part of a collective order. [Can be checked in the order mask].
  2. The order was logically deleted.
  3. The order was not pre-planned (automatic pre-planning is active).
  4. The order has the status "New". The reason for this is usually a non-geocoded loading point.
