Symptom
The Procedure sequence leads to an error message:
"Could not find AddIn PTV_BALANCEMAT. Please load respective AddIn file (*.vai)!"
Cause
The AddIn "Balance Matrix" is not available anymore.
Resolution
The AddIn was removed since PTV Visum 21 and its functionality replaced by the PTV Visum Procedure "Projection of matrices".
