If you need to share your helpdesk tickets with some of your team member, please note the following:

- Registering for the helpdesk portal is unique to an email adress. Login to the helpdesk portal is only possible with an email address and a password.

- You are able to share your login data to your colleagues. This is not recommended.

- Maybe you want to set up a general email address where all of the needed team member have access to. So you are able to share those login data with your colleagues.

- If several persons are giving in helpdesk tickets through one login, please make sure to give in your name to the ticket. So we are able to get in contact with you and know who we are talking to.

- Any change of status of the ticket will be noted to the login email adress.
