How to cancel my PTV Map&Guide internet subscription

Log in to the PTV Map&Guide internet administration tool: https://mginter.mapandguide.com/

Select the PTV Map&Guide internet Shop. (You may have to confirm your administrative access data again).

In the Subcription Overview click on the menu (3 dots in the upper right corner).

Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

You will then receive a cancellation confirmation with the subscription end date via email.
