When you see this message, it means that Axylog started monitoring the plate of this trip but no information was received.
This can happen when:

  • if the trip has yet to start (in fact, the plate monitoring starts just after the departure datetime);
  • in Axylog, you specified a list of plates for the configuration but the plate you’re looking for is not there;
  • if there’s some issue with the GPS installed on the vehicle;
  • if this plate doesn’t belong to the fleet which Axylog has access to.

In this case, you should get in contact with a satellite system operator and ensure that parameters you communicated to Axylog allow Axylog to see info for the plate.
