Change the logging configuration in PTV xServer to get request and response in your logfile.
If you need the details for your requests and response that are sent to the PTV xServer you can adapt the parameters logRequest and logResponse
in your conf/xserver.properties of your xServer 1 installation
or the conf/xserver.conf file of your xServer 2 installation.
Set both parameters to true and restart the corresponding xServer service.
After completing those steps you will find an entry for each request and response in the logfile that you sent to the PTV xServer.
