Question
Why can PrT assignment results be different, with and without main nodes?
Answer
When a main node is created, the links, nodes, and turns that lie within the area of this main node are no longer considered. They are not loaded and could even be deleted. The path search goes from one cordon link to another, using a main turn. As a result, the network model changes, which in turn causes different assignment results.
Accordingly, to achieve a load on these links within the main node, the main node would have to be deleted.
