Add a new Case in the Support Portal: Click on "My Support" which leads you to

Using PTV Visum/Vissim the support form can be preset with environment values like OS and license number:
Menu -> '?' or 'Help' -> (Technical) Support.

Please describe your request as accurately as possible, i.e. which steps leads to the issue. Any solution or workaround will be provided as soon as possible.
