Symptom

The PTV Visum 2022 setup aborts with an error message at the beginning when the file "Examples2022.zip" is to be downloaded because the server cannot be reached:
"HTTP error 403: Other error"

Cause

In the setup the "Examples" and "HBEFA" (database for vehicle emissions) can be selected to be downloaded from the server, but the access to the server failed, e.g. due to firewall restrictions.

Resolution

The Examples and the HBEFA package are also available on the download page for PTV Vision Setups and can be downloaded and installed manually from there:
