To sign in to the PTV Help Desk Portal, you will need your email address and password you entered during the sign up.
- Open the following link - PTV Help Desk Portal.
- Click on Sign In in the menu at the top right.
- Enter the e-mail address and password.
- To save yourself having to log in again, you can select the Remember Me option.
- Click on Sign In.
The PTV Help Desk Portal is now available to you.
